Came in for a bowl of pho and left questioning why I ever eat anywhere else. 😆 Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the broth is so goood - it's the kind of comfort food that makes you forget about all your problems for a little while. The staff is super friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and everything tastes homemade. If you’re craving pho, save yourself the disappointment of going somewhere mediocre and just come here. Your taste buds will thank you. Kinda wish they open in the morning, I'd literally eat pho for breakfast everyday 😆
Staff is very kind and the food is delicious! The bartender told me about their mocktail and spring roll happy hour which was very nice as it was my first visit. Also, as a sober person tbe mocktail is a nice option.
We really like the vibe, it was like we are back in Vietnam. But the front of the store was busy when we went and people were just hovering over us. They did not have anyone take care of people who came in. The food was good, we had Vietnamese Pancakes, Salted Egg Shrimps, and Quan Chicken Pho. The Vietnamese pancakes was nice and thin, but wasn't as crispy, but it went well with the fish sauce. The salted egg shrimps were very tasty but the bread that came with it was hard! The chicken pho was probably the best since the broth, was light but very flavorful. Even though the atmosphere and food was good, I would not come back due to service here. We put own names down around 12:30pm and we were the first person on the list. They told us it is going to be a 20 minute wait and they will give us a call. One hour went by and no one called us, I had to drive back to the restaurant, and they seated people who came after us before giving us a call. I tried to flag someone down about it and one of the staff just told us to sit at one of the available tables. Then we sat down and it took them another 15 minutes before they gave us our menu and some water. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes before someone took our order. Actually no one took our order, we had to keep waving at someone for a staff to come over to help us. Then it took another 45 minutes before they brought out our food. Then it also took them forever to bring us the bill. From the time we got there to sit down, order and eat, it was almost 2 hours. We didn't even take that long to eat. Service was terrible. We won't be coming back.
First of all, food was exceptional. Their appetizers were awesome with unique and creative options that I’ve never seen in any Viet restaurant around Boston & greater areas. We also had Phở (forgot to take picture) but it’s wonderful too (I love the flat noodles they used for their Phở). Decoration is lovely. Every corner has its own story. Highly recommend!
Went here with a group of six on a Saturday night! It was delicious! The bowls of pho were huge portions, there was a great amount of noodles and the broth was so flavorful! We also got the beef skewers and then two different kinds of spring rolls (chicken and beef), those were delicious too! I would definitely recommend coming here! Will definitely be back!!
This Vietnamese restaurant in Saugus has quickly become a personal favorite. From the moment you walk in, you're struck by how beautifully decorated and welcoming the space is. The atmosphere is full of positive energy and a genuine warmth that makes you feel right at home. But let’s talk about the food, because it’s truly exceptional. We had what was easily some of the best pho we've ever tasted—rich, flavorful, and deeply comforting. The beef skewers were just as memorable, incredibly tender and full of flavor. Honestly, the quality of the meat and the care put into each dish really stands out. In short, it’s one of those places where the combination of atmosphere, service, and absolutely top-notch food makes it clear you’ll want to come back again and again. We’re definitely now loyal customers for life.
We came for an early dinner around 5 pm and it wasnt really busy. But wow, the atmosphere. The decor is so cute, reminded me of walking through Hoi An in Vietnam. It just felt cozy and cool right away. For apps, we went with the sesame ribs and a pork meatball roll. The flavors were so bussin! The roll was super fresh when dipping in the peanut sauce on the side. And the sesame ribs, definitely a star of the day. They were so juicy on the inside with that perfect burnt, charred flavor on the outside. For soups, we got the chicken noodle soup with sticky dough and the bun bo hue. Both broths were so rich and flavorful. The meat portions are insane too. My husband’s chicken pho had an entire quarter leg in there, we couldnt finish our bowls at the end. This spot is truly a hidden gem. Get here now before the crowds find out!
A Hidden Vietnamese Gem in Boston! As someone from a half Vietnamese household, we eat Vietnamese food all the time, and this place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the restaurant feels so inviting. It’s spotless, beautifully decorated, and every little detail makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Vietnam in the best way possible. The decor is thoughtful, charming, and full of character. Now, the food — absolutely fantastic. Everything tasted so fresh and authentic. The spring rolls with nem (the grilled pork sausage) were incredible, honestly the best I’ve had in Boston! The pho was also outstanding, and my Vietnamese husband gave it his full approval (which says a lot!). This spot has quickly become one of our favorite places to eat. If you’re looking for authentic, high quality Vietnamese food in a cozy and beautifully designed setting, I highly recommend it!
